Los Cabos is located at the southern tip of Mexico’s 1,550 km long Baja California peninsula, the 31st state of Mexico, and essentially consists of the quiet San José del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, about 30 km to the southwest. There, the desert gives way to the who’s who of the international hotel scene: from private beach villas to five-star hotels, the accommodation in Los Cabos fulfils all wishes and almost all international hotel names are represented along the coastal corridor.
If CABO, as everyone calls it, is too much for you, get in the car and you will soon be in lonely desert landscapes with metre-high Cardón cacti.
